Proposal Comprehensive Land Claim Agreement: No Nature of Requirements:

There will be four separate Requests for Proposal (RFPs) related to the Land Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Intelligence, Surveillance & Reconnaissance (LC4ISR) Capability sustainment services. This is the last RFP. This RFP is an invitation to submit bids for the LC4ISR Capability SoS E&I Sustainment Services requirement.

The RFP is subject to the National Security Exception (NSE). This procurement is limited to Canadian suppliers only. Bids from foreign suppliers will not be considered.

Canada will require the winning bidder to meet the security requirements set out in the Security Requirement Check List (SRCL) and security clauses as specified in the RFP.

Foreign Ownership, Control and Influence (FOCI) evaluations is a mandatory requirement for the selected winning bidder as the Work under the contract requires access to sensitive information, assets and/or sites. The selected winning bidder must complete and submit a FOCI Questionnaire and associated documentation prior to contract award. Interested bidders are advised to submit their proposal in response to this RFP by the closing date on the main page of the solicitation.

Interested Suppliers who wish to submit a bid must submit a completed Contract Security Program Application for Registration (AFR) form to the Contracting Authority at the time of bid submission.
